Ep 2: Do you worry a lot? Me too! But here’s 3 things we can do instead of Worrying!
Worrying is tiring! Worrying is stressful! But most of all, worrying is unproductive! It does nothing but make us sick and doesn't solve anything! So why do we do it? I know for me, I feel like I MUST worry or else something might happen! Like me worrying is going to somehow "save" the thing I'm worrying about. I mean, like I can control life anyways. (Insert the head slap emoji here:)
In this episode, I'm going to give you 3 things to do instead of worrying! I hope they help you! I sure haven't mastered it yet, but I am trying to remember to do these 3 things instead of wasting my strength, my peace, and my life fretting and worrying!
